At TV Hearing, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a full refund on items returned by mail within 30 days.
How returns work
- 30-day window: You have 30 days to return your item for a full refund.
- Return by mail: Please send your item back to us by mail. To start a return, email us at support@tvhearing.shop with your order question.
- Return shipping: Customers pay return shipping, unless the item is defective, in which case the return is free.
Defective items
If your item arrives defective, let us know and we will make it right with a full refund and a free return. All of our products carry the manufacturer's warranty.
